2. License for Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the extension in accordance with the subscribed plan (Free or Premium).
3. Responsibility and Backup
The user is solely responsible for the integrity of their own bookmarks. While we offer cloud backup tools, it is mandatory to maintain a manual local copy (HTML export) before any massive intervention. Bookmark Domain Updater disclaims all liability for data loss or corruption caused by using the tool on thousands of links in unstable browser environments or with conflicting extensions.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium plans offer advanced features like Regex rewriting and unlimited cloud backups. Due to the 'immediate consumption' nature of the digital service (instantly usable for processing thousands of items), by purchasing a Premium plan the user consents to the immediate execution of the contract.
5. Suspension and Bans
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for violations of these terms, system abuse, or fraudulent activity.
6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Under EU regulations on digital content, by purchasing a Premium plan and activating the tool, the user acknowledges that the performance of the service begins immediately (e.g., removing 404s or updating thousands of links) and expressly waives their right of withdrawal or refund once the service execution has started.
